On the Freshservice side, the app costs $3.00 USD per agent per month. You are billed for the total number of agents in your Freshservice instance.
The Trello power-up can be installed for free.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, you can install the app on Freshservice and try it for free for 21 days. After that, the cost of the app with be added to your Freshworks bill.
Can I select how many Freshservice agents will be using the integration?
The way apps are priced in Freshservice is that you are billed for the total number of agents in your Freshservice instance, regardless of how many agents actually use the app. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over this, so we don't have a way to help you select the number of agents you want to pay for.
