What is the price for this integration?
On the Freshdesk side, the app costs $3.00 USD per agent per month. You are billed for the total number of agents in your Freshdesk instance.
The Trello power-up can be installed for free.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, you can install the app on Freshdesk and try it for free for 21 days. After that, the cost of the app with be added to your Freshworks bill.
Can I select how many Freshdesk agents will be using the integration?
The way apps are priced in Freshdesk is that you are billed for the total number of agents in your Freshdesk instance, regardless of how many agents actually use the app. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over this, so we don't have a way to help you select the number of agents you want to pay for.
