Understanding the moderator role
The moderator is the person who facilitates the retrospective session by performing the following actions:

Starting the retrospective

Moving between steps
-
Finishing the retrospective

Reopening completed retrospectives.
Moderator types
The moderator type is defined in the Retrospective Setup.
There are two types of Moderators:

Dynamic Moderator
-
Preset Moderator
Transferring the role during the session
The role can be transferred during the session by the current Moderator.
